Arriving 5-10 minutes early allows time for a consultation and any questions you may have. Please keep in mind, if you are late for your appointment, your massage will still end at the scheduled time.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can use the reminder link that was sent via text/email. Once you've done so, you should get a confirmation. Please cancel/reschedule as far in advance as possible.
